A thud on the conservatory window and a cry from Chris that a tree creeper w as dead on the ground. I went to pick it up but it leaped onto my leg and stayed there, stunned, for nearly ten minutes while Chris got the camera. Eventually it started to move up the “tree trunk” towards the top – fortunately I don’t think they eat nuts! (sorry).
